Lake Nakuru National Park is a premier KWS park, renowned for being home to four of the big five, thousands of flamingos, and various other water bird species. This 2-day safari offers an extended opportunity to explore the park, visiting on both Saturday and Sunday. Guests will stay at Buraha Zenoni Hotel, conveniently located just minutes from the Lanet gate, ensuring maximum time for wildlife viewing and relaxation.

Day-by-Day Itinerary

Meet up in Nairobi CBD at 6:45 am for a 7 am departure. Enjoy washroom breaks en route. Arrive at Lanet gate by 11 am, clear entry, and begin the safari along the lake perimeter, heading towards Makalia Falls. Exit the park between 5:45 pm and 6 pm, then transfer to Buraha Zenoni Hotel (4.5km from Lanet Gate) for dinner and a recap of the day.

Start with an early breakfast from 6 am. Depart the hotel at 6:40 am for a 7 am entry into Lake Nakuru National Park. Enjoy a morning safari until 11:00 am. Exit the park and return to the hotel for swimming, relaxation, and an early lunch. Depart the hotel at 1:30 pm, with an expected return to Nairobi by 5:30 pm.
