Day-by-Day Itinerary

Depart Nairobi CBD early morning. The trail begins near Castle Forest, following an electric fence for 6km. Descend to Kimunye Falls, where you can cross to a rocky island and swim in the refreshing waters. After enjoying the falls, continue hiking through vast tea farms bordering the forest, concluding the 12km trek near the starting point. Return to Nairobi CBD in the evening.
